According to him, a number of factors have a significant impact on the cost of newly constructed buildings and market prices of apartments, including regulations adopted by public authorities, high fees for connecting supplier organizations, local duties and fees, which lead to a significant increase in the cost of urban development projects.
At the same time, positive factors contributing to the development of the construction sector were also pointed out, including the stability of our country compared to the countries of the region, the inflow and relocation of capital of Diaspora Armenians, as well as a number of other favorable regional trends that continue to maintain interest in the real estate market of Armenia.
