Current initiatives for legislative amendments aimed at simplifying urban development procedures were discussed.
The Association's proposals were also addressed: the legislative initiatives regulating "Construction with the Right to Purchase" and "Bankruptcy of Developers" and their main principles, as well as the initiative "Rating of Developers and Projects Under Construction".
The parties expressed their willingness to continue such productive discussions in favor of the sustainable and continuous development of the sector.
