During the meeting, the Mayor presented Yerevan’s urban development and investment programs, as well as the work carried out in various sectors of the urban economy. Initiatives aimed at the reconstruction of districts, the construction of new residential complexes, and the improvement of the urban environment were discussed.
Representatives of the Association and the Union raised a number of existing problems in the field of urban development and presented proposals for their solution, emphasizing the importance of continuous and constructive dialogue with the Yerevan community.
During the meeting, it was also proposed to implement the legislative initiative initiated by the Association on the deferral of local taxes through the use of bank guarantees. The goal of the initiative is to reduce the financial threshold for entering the market and stimulate the implementation of new investment programs.
