On February 27, a discussion was held at the Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, led by the interim manager of the ENA, Romanos Petrosyan, with the participation of the Minister of Economy, the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee, members of the National Assembly, members of the Board of the Armenian Association of Developers, member developers, representatives of the Union of Builders of Armenia, as well as other interested parties from the state and private sectors.
The proposals submitted by the Armenian Association of Developers and the Union of Builders of Armenia regarding the actions of the ENA within the framework of sustainable development of the construction sector were discussed. Reference was made to the problems arising during the installation and connection stages of external and internal power supply networks, the deadlines for the processes, as well as the procedures for changing the purpose of the land plots occupied by newly constructed substations and the real estate burdened by them. The parties agreed to continue discussions, combine efforts to resolve existing problems, and form an effective and constructive dialogue.
