The President of the Armenian Association of Developers Gurgen Grigoryan spoke about the current state and development prospects of construction, one of the sectors that recorded the highest growth rates in the Armenian economy.
In his speech, the President of the Association emphasized the significant positive impact of construction on related and service sectors of the economy, starting from the mining industry and ending with the sale of building materials. Thanks to the activity of urban development programs, active financial flows, high employment rates, significant tax revenues and other positive results in the country's economic life are recorded.
Construction, related and service sectors together provide almost 21.5% of the country's GDP.
