President of the Armenian Association of Developer Gurgen Grigoryan participated in the second workshop entitled “Improving the Business Environment through Dialogue” held in Jermuk, where he also delivered a speech within the framework of the “Regulations and Administration” panel discussion.
During his speech, the speaker emphasized the problems existing in the administrative processes of public authorities, the lack of business-centric approaches and the prevalence of rejectionist behavior, which is conditioned by the fear of avoiding possible future risks or alleged corruption-related risks.
