
From now on, citizens and foreign investors will have the opportunity to purchase real estate in Armenia remotely, through electronic identification and without the requirement of notarization.
The project concerns those trilateral mortgage agreements, the parties to which are the bank (credit organization), the buyer and the seller.
Gurgen Grigoryan, President of the Armenian Association of Developers, expressed a positive position on the project, pointing out other positive aspects of the innovation: “In the era of digital technologies, not to provide for the possibilities and procedures for implementing and validating transactions through digital solutions is, to put it mildly, unacceptable.”
