One should not measure both conscientious and unscrupulous developers who try to abuse the requirements of legislative regulations with the same yardstick. This was stated by Gurgen Grigoryan, President of the Armenian Association of Developers, in an interview with the “Zarkerak” news agency.
In his opinion, the most important issue for long-term investment programs is ensuring a predictable environment. “Regulations should not be so strict that the appetite of business is closed. Decisions are often made that initially have a good goal, but do not have long-term impact assessments, which is why they often have the opposite effect.”
