In accordance with the agreement reached during the previous session, a detailed discussion was made of the draft laws “On Amendments and Supplements to the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia” and “On Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Proceedings” put into circulation for the purpose of revising the general rule of suspension of the effect of administrative acts in case of appeal. In particular, ideas were exchanged on the necessity of the proposed regulations, possible risks and methods of their management.

In the process of finalizing the positions, emphasizing the proper addressing of the concerns of organizations representing the private sector, the Deputy Prime Minister gave relevant instructions on the implementation of further discussions.
