During the session, conceptual approaches to the Kond district were presented for discussion by the Council. In this context, both the approaches to preserving urban development identity and heritage, as well as the justification from the point of view of economic efficiency and the components of investment attractiveness were considered.

The projects developed by the Urban Development Committee to improve the legal framework regulating the urban development sector were also discussed, which are aimed at simplifying, clarifying, increasing transparency, reducing the terms of urban development processes, and expanding functions and opportunities on the digital platform.
