Gurgen Grigoryan, President of theArmenian Association of Developers , also delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of state-private dialogue, the need for business-centric administration, and solutions to problems.
The President of the Association presented a problem that concerns builders and has recently been actively discussed: the taxation of buildings under construction (without a completion certificate) with property tax, the possible negative consequences of the latter and the subsequent risks of builders' insolvency, and the possible negative chain effects on the country's economic life.
An agreement was reached to clarify the scope of priority problems requiring solutions as a result of the upcoming working discussions in order to discuss them more objectively and address them in future Government decisions.
