The “Armenian Association of Developers” is an NGO that was established in 2010 and has been actively operating since 2018. The association brings together over four dozen member construction companies and aims to achieve the following objectives.

The main objectives of the association’s activities are:
Protection of the interests of the individuals involved in the construction in the RA territory, ensuring that their rights are respected and upheld.
Encouraging cooperation between participants in the development field of RA to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth in the sector.
Promoting transparency in the construction industry by advocating for clear and accessible information, guidelines, and regulations.
Participating in legislative initiatives in the field of development to ensure that policies are fair, effective, and supportive of the construction industry’s growth and development.
Identifying and addressing existing problems in the field of development, as well as proposing possible solutions to these issues.

To achieve these goals, the Association regularly organizes meetings and discussions dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by the construction sector. These events bring together leading specialists in the field, representatives of the legislative and the executive bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
